Phase 1: Commitment Exploratory Meetings Online Program Migration Proposal Phase 2: Development Course Migration Preliminary and Final Plan Development: Development Plan Curriculum Map Implementation Plan Marketing Plan Phase 3: Implementation Program Launch Program Implementation Collaborative process between Academic Department and Center for eLearning Online Program Migration Process Goal: Move existing programs which may be face-to-face, or partially online, to fully online programs.
