Over the counter
Collect medication form from your teacher
Schedule an appointment with child’s Physician
Collect prescribed “over the counter” medicine
Turn in form AND medicine to school nurse
Prescribed Medication
If the medicine is already at school, the medicine will be taken on the trip.
The teachers and principal will administer the medication on the trip.

9. The First Day of Camp Reminders
Be at your bus early (4:00 AM)
Have your pillow and suitcase in a bag (not a trash bag)
Pack snacks and a sack lunch for the trip down
Have your school’s colored black ribbon on ALL of your bags
Label all of your belongings (school name and personal name)
