Characteristics needed such as, punctuality, attendance, appropriate dress, hygiene, accepting direction and criticism, adapting to change, completing projects, and managing time.
Good fit for the job / well qualified.

9. Career Development
Actively engaged in setting goals for personal living, earning a living, and establishing a plan for reaching these personal goals.
Always improving skills and willing to learn new things.

10. Communication
The ability to speak, listen, read and write to function successfully in a variety of settings including school, home, and the worksite.
