Welcome to Ms. Street’s Class!!!
Thursday, October 5th, 2017 Algebra/Modelling

Supplies Everyday I expect your child to come prepared to learn! This includes having the following: A writing utensil (pen or pencil, I don’t care…) Math notebook/binder/sections I will give you notes, but I still suggest you take your OWN! I love my colleagues, but I don’t want to see Ms. Scott’s or Ms. Jagessar’s , or Mr./Ms whoever’s work in MY section. Dry Erase Markers. I want to see your classwork! A highlighter. We need to break down the most important info in these ugly word problems. A folder (Highly Suggested). That way you can stay organized with your assignments/tests/quizzes that are returned to you.
3
Homework When homework is assigned, I expect it to be completed. It won’t be a ridiculous amount, but it will be enough to ensure that your child has an opportunity to practice and attempt to master what we have done in class that day. I accept late homework, but please don’t wait until the end of the marking period. Not a good move!
