To ensure success as productive citizens upon exiting juvenile facilities, students must be provided with marketable job skills equal to those in nonresidential facilities.

3. Students who enroll in a Career-Integrated Experiential Learning concentration (CIEL) have the opportunity to complete traditional or virtual courses from a CTE concentration.
CIEL concentration ensures that the remaining courses within the concentration may include the Ready to Work Certification course 1 or 2, the Entrepreneurial Preparedness course, C-Tech or Experiential Learning.

5. Easily Transferrable
When a student completes the Ready to Work Certifications course (1 or 2), the Entrepreneurial Preparedness course or Experiential Learning hours, he or she will receive credit applicable to the CIEL certificate.
These credits can transfer to any ODTP facility or to the home high school.
