3. Congratulations. So you are seriously thinking of renting this Face Time Clock app. Now available from as little as R99 bucks a month! This easy to use system stops one person clocking in for another. (Buddy Clocking)Push the GREEN button to clock “IN” or the RED button to clock “OUT”. Uses Longitude and Latitude to ensure the person, is where they say they are. (TEAMS) Enter your Employee Number, i.e. 25 Take a (Selfie) photo of yourself. (Which is confirmed in the cloud that it is Actually YOU!) EASY. Push - Click – Done.

Before your employees can begin to clock IN or OUT You first need to ADD your employees names to the Database in the cloud. Then you can add their three photo to their name.

Add the names of the one person (or the many staff members you have) Take a phone an add the APP, click the RED cog (bottom Right) “Sync Employees from Cloud” to send names to this Tablet/Cell. View Employee List. There are all the names received from the cloud. Any *star next to the name means that photos of this person has been stored in the cloud.

6. “Add a New Person” So you have downloaded the names of the employee from the cloud onto the phone. Now you will need to take three photos of the employee's face and save the details to the database. i.e.
Look to the Front Look Left (just a bit left) Look Right (just a bit)
Save. This then sends the phots of the staff to the cloud. (NB*** Needs Data to send.) Now you can even clock on the another smart phone or Tablet. (i.e. Cleaning staff) But don’t forget to Sync first.

7. The two Kombi vans are used to record the Start and the End of a trip
The two Kombi vans are used to record the Start and the End of a trip. Push on the Green van to start the trip. Who is driving that Vehicle. (Needs a Photo of the driver or Crew chief. Red van – End of the trip and the Long/Latitude is recorded as well.
The Green cog shows amount of clock data that is ready to be sent. Click on the green cog and the clock data is sent to the cloud. If there is WiFi it will send the clock data up automatically. The RED Cog allows you accesses to the settings screen. See next screen.

8. Photo with Notes! The day we released this feature, as luck would have it. Our one techie was involved in a bumper bashing! Take notes, take photos. Flat tyre. Take a photo. Stuck? Take a photo. Broke something. Take a photo. Something missing. Make a note. Just invoiced the customer. Take a photo of the invoice and send it to HQ – URGENT. Else when there is WiFi, photos can be sent. Very nice feature if you have installation guys on the road, or you need to go to site to repair something and then there is additional damage! – Take a photo. Date Time Location – LongLat.

ACTIVITY Report. This report tells you the activity of one or the whole Crew! Includes longitude and Latitude employee Works by Day – Date – Time. CLOCK TIME REPORT. Enter the employee number you want. Select the date range. It will create the file and then you can it or print it.

Select Name _______ (or All) From date ____ To Date ______ Print PDF report.
Then what do want to do? - Print the report. – Save the Report - the report.

Then what do want to do? - Print the report. – Save the Report - the report.
This Report shows the Time clocked AND the Longitude & Latitude as well.
Copy and paste it into Google Earth and it will show the place where that clocking took place.

12. CLOCK CARD - TIME REPORT (Longer Period)
Select Name i.e From date ____ To Date ______ Print report.
Weekends show a light colour i.e. Saturday / Sunday HOWEVER Missing Clocks show RED
