The survey showed that most people have access to the internet which is not limited.

No they did not

The most common means of access to the internet was through cellphone(wifi/data)

It is probably because some people do not have a technological device to access the internet for example, computer, tablet or cellphone.

Not sure.

11. Did everyone have the same level of skill in using technology?
No some were better than others in using technology.

12. Was there a correlation between the level of access available and skills?
Yes, most people who had access to technological devices has the skills to operate the technological device(digital literate).
