Sample Introduction This is a sample of an introduction for a client Hi Client! I’m so excited to be helping you. First a little background on me and what I do! I’ve been working with Disney travel for many years. I started planning people’s trips just for fun, and then I became a travel agent. I’ve been in agency management for quite a long time and currently I manage and train Disney travel agents through Travel Time Travel. We are rated an “A” agency with Disney, which means being among the very best accounts. We have approximately 40 agents. I worked Disney Dining reservations for two years for Disney World, and scheduled dining, children’s activities including things like pirate’s cruises and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, and spa reservations. I’ve traveled all over this country and many more, seeing a lot of awesome things, and I usually travel through Disney at some point during every trip. I’m married and have four children, currently ages 10, 17, 17 and 21, and we are a dedicated Disney family. We live in Birch Bay. The best part about me is that I’m free, as long as I book your trip! I’ll get you the best price possible, never ever recommend anything that wastes your money, and I’m included…Disney pays me to help you! Win win! Plus you are helping a small business thrive. I have a couple of philosophies I stand by: 1) I no more want to waste your money than I do my own. I look for VALUE. Sometimes it isn't the cheapest, but as the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for." I get you the best for your money. 2) Booking through me gets you information that if you booked on your own you'd be struggling to find. Instead of spending hours on the internet and different forums searching for answers, if you have a question, it is as simple as calling, texting, or private messaging me. You'll have answers quickly, and better yet, accurately. There are all kinds of faux Disney "experts" out there...you need a professional on your side. Lets plan together to make your trip the most magical it can be! 3) I don't pay to advertise. Almost all of my clients are by referrals, which means they come from other clients so happy that they want to tell the world about my services. That is key, because my goal isn't to sell the most expensive vacations out there. My goal is to plan each family's trip as if I were planning my own, very treasured vacation, at the best value their budget can afford.

Walt Disney World #1 Page 1/4 Hi Amy!
Below you will find details of your choices for your vacation. I've included different categories so you can compare, since you weren't quite sure of the budget. As we discussed, some of the benefits of staying on Disney property versus off: No need to rent a car Free transportation to and from the airport Transportation of your bags from the airport without you even having to touch them The ability to buy the dining plan, which at your children's ages is a real bargain Lots of transportation options inside the Disney World complex Having the magic right away, beginning with your resort Package delivery to your resort from parks and shops Charging privileges on your Key to the World card The ability to apply a discount after the fact November 4-8 All prices include resort room, 5 day base tickets, and the table plus dining plan. We talked about why base tickets are a smarter choice. The dining plan will cover 4 sit down meals, 4 quick service meals, and 4 snacks per person. Page 1/4

Option #1: Deluxe This is the top category of resorts that Disney has to offer, and the resort that I've chosen for you is the Wilderness Lodge. It is simply gorgeous, with a stunning lobby and a working geyser. This resort is a bit less expensive than other deluxe resorts because the rooms only fit families of four or less, which is perfect for you! One huge benefit is there is boat transportation to the Magic Kingdom. There are two onsite restaurants. Rooms open to an interior hallway, there are two queen beds or one queen and a set of bunk beds, double sinks, balconies, and a luxurious pool with a slide. There is an onsite fitness center that even offers massages! Click here to see Wilderness Lodge: Now, I only recommend paying the extra money at a few resorts, usually I say go with standard to save some money. However, with Wilderness Lodge the courtyard view is really lovely. Let me know if you'd like to see more categories than below. Standard View: $ Courtyard View: $ Woods View Bunk Beds: $ Page 2/4

Option 2: Moderate Moderates are nicer than they sound. The first time I stayed at one, I remember thinking "wow, this is so pretty!". The one I've chosen for you is my favorite, Port Orleans French Quarter. It is the smallest, and easy to get around, and there is boat transportation to Downtown Disney. It is also the first pick up and drop off on the bus route it shares with its sister resort, Port Orleans Riverside. Moderates have doors that open to the exterior, a pool slide, two queen beds, 2 sinks, and a little area by the sink that can be closed off with a curtain, makes a great changing room! There is no full service restaurant here, but believe me, I'll keep you plenty full. There is a quick service restaurant that serves New Orleans beignets in the morning, delish. Port Orleans French Quarter here: Here is a resort where I truly don’t think you should spend the money on a view, save it and go with standard. Standard View: $ River View: $ Page 3/4

Page 4/4 Option #3: Value Resort
Values are clean and provide what you need. If you aren't going to be in the resort except to sleep at night, a Value resort might be a good choice. I know you mentioned going back for naps during the day and pool time. If you are going to stick with that plan, a Value isn't such a good choice. Pros: less expensive, the one I'm recommending doesn't share busses with other resorts, very cute. Cons: very small rooms, no pool slides, no towels by the pool, one sink, double beds instead of queens. As for a view, Preferred rooms are closer to the amenities, but standard aren't that far. You can find Pop Century here: Standard: $ Preferred: $ The deposit is $200, and we should get your choice booked soon because your 180th day (when we can make dining) is right around the corner. Once we get it booked, I'll send you a tentative schedule with my park suggestions and dining suggestions, and we can have it all prepared for me to schedule your dining when the time comes! We'll also talk about the Pirates League for Jack and the Bibbidy Bobbidy Boutique for Bailey. Let me know if you have any questions! Lucy Page 4/4

Universal Orlando Quote
Hi Amy! Like we discussed, here is the Universal Orlando vacation information. You know how I feel about it…Universal is a blast and would make the perfect family vacation with a nice balance of excitement and relaxation. These prices are all based on six nights with the dates of August 15-August 21 (let me know if you’d like me to check on other dates!) and 2 adults, 2 children ages 6 & 7. Included is resort as well as park tickets, one character meal, one meal at Mythos (the awesome restaurant in Island of Adventure), one day Seaworld tickets, round trip meet & greet airport transportation, Citywalk pass, early park admission, Universal Express Pass (which is the best part, unlimited line skipping!) and transportation around the resort. All of these are Deluxe resorts with large rooms, double sinks, great transportation options and several onsite restaurants. Page 1/2

#1 Option: $ Portofino Bay: This one is my favorite. It actually looks like you are in Italy! They have kid suites if you’d like to look at that option, I priced out standard garden view. There is a world class spa here and a couple pools. #2 Option: $ Hard Rock Hotel: Everyone has heard of the Hard Rock, and this resort lives up to its name. Within walking distance to Universal Studios, this resort is fun, with one awesome pool and nice entertainment. #3 Option: $ Royal Pacific Resort: This is the least expensive but you aren’t getting any less of a resort. It is more spread out with several buildings, and within walking distance to Islands of Adventure. The deposit of $200 is due by Friday, and the balance is due July 1st. Let me know if you have any questions! Lucy Page 2/2

Cruises
17
Cruise Quote #1 (one choice)
Hi Amy! Like we discussed, here is the cruise information. There is one good fit for you for a short Mexico cruise in November, and here are the details: These prices are all based two adults. Not included is transportation to and from the airport or insurance which is highly recommended ($86 total for great coverage for both of you). Included is dining, entertainment, cabin, room service, room cleaning twice a day, and the option of gambling, alcohol, and other additions to your vacation. The ship is the Carnival Inspiration and it sails out of Los Angeles. The night before the cruise, I highly recommend staying at the Queen Mary hotel that is adjacent to the cruise port, it ensures that you board nice and early and is a nice destination in its own right. Page 1/2
18
The Inspiration is one of Carnival’s older ships, but very well maintained and vibrant. The décor is quite fun, and in places quite loud. Monday, November 25, 4 night going to Catalina Island and Ensenada. Based on an ocean view room, it is early saver rate with price protection, a 50% reduced deposit, and a $25 onboard credit. Upper deck, midship, the price is $ Ensenada is a cute little town with shopping and inexpensive massages (I have a connection there so just ask!) Let me know what questions you have and we’ll go over the details! Lucy Page 2/2

It is not as nice as the others but it is a decent choice! 2) Carnival Dream 7 nights Ports: Cozumel, Belize, Isla Roatan, and Costa Maya $ for a balcony This ship is only about a year old, and is really nice. Included is a world class resort (located on the world famous 7-mile beach), as well as all dining (7 restaurants), drinks including alcohol, airport transportation to and from Montego Bay, and entertainment. I chose the Grand Luxe Beachfront room category for you, although there are many to choose from. This one has true beachfront access, 4 poster king bed, 32” plasma, and luxury all around. Page 2/2 I priced out some air options and the best I found was through American for $989 for the two of you…let me know if that works, I’ll send you the link so you can book it. I highly recommend any time you leave the country to purchase travel insurance. The best and most affordable I found is through Travel Insured, and is $148 total for both of you.
