Release Candidate version delivered to Deimos on Oct 8th Readers and writers for SPS 2.0 requests and responses: GetCapabilities, DescribeTasking, GetFeasibility, Submit, GetStatus, DescribeResultAccess Helpers to handle Optical and SAR tasking parameters as well as corresponding feasibility study responses SPOT developed SPS library is open source Available on google code: Slide 6

Software Development – 2/3 SPOT SPS Interface software Uses SPS library Implementation of synchronous (polling GetStatus) and asynchronous (via notifications) SPS behaviors Connection to our prototype multi-mission feasibility server wrapped by the SPS interface Full simulation of acquisitions occurring after a Submit so that the interface can be tested thoroughly Notification server implemented according to the WS-Base-Notification standard from OASIS (based on the open source Apache Muse library) Server URL : Slide 7

Software Development – 3/3 Deimos SPS Interface software Uses the SPS library Uses the Earth Explorer CFI to simulate a radar mission planning system Tested using Web Service Explorer for detailed access to messages, and verification against reference data. Approach is a step towards formal automation of tests within CITE – Compliance & Interoperability Testing & Evaluation Initiative Deployed on Linux server, on top of Apache Tomcat and Axis 2 web service framework at ESRIN: Slide 8
