2 Welcome! I'm pleased to introduce Cashel Travel, an independent incoming tour operator and a Destination Management Company based in Edinburgh. We work exclusively in Britain and Ireland and we're proud to be one of the most respected companies in our field. We have a staff of multi-lingual travel experts who between them have many years experience working in British and Irish tourism. 3 History The company was founded in 2000 in Ireland by James Aitken. James has had 30 years experience in the travel industry having previously owned and sold Balmoral Travel and Mackenzie River Travel. The company was created as an independent family run business and that's how it remains today. James, a Scotsman, eventually chose to move back to Scotland and relocated the company headquarters to Edinburgh in After a few moves and staff additions the company is now headquartered in a historic landmark near Edinburgh's shore. James was a consultant for Clansman Monarch and MacItalia and is now a board member of the Scottish chapter of SITE and a member of the travel trade steering group at Visitscotland. He is also Treasurer and a member of the board of UKinbound.

4 Our Guiding Principles
We work exclusively in Britain and Ireland. Only by focusing on where we have up to date information and first-hand experience can offer real benefit to our clients. We work 24/7 for every client. If a coach breaks down at 2am our clients know that there is someone at the end of a phone who can get things moving. We believe in being available. Clients typically liaise with a focused team of operational staff but the option to contact senior management is always available. We don't believe in surprises and we know our clients feel the same. We ensure that clients have a clear picture of their developing event at all times and are consulted at every appropriate occasion.

5 Company Logistics The company is based in Edinburgh and wholly owned by James Aitken and Marta Kucharczyk. There are 30 staff members based in Edinburgh arranged: Leisure groups Luxury travel Incentive and conferences Management and administration We have a satellite office run by Tom Allen our Financial Director in London. In addition we have representative offices in Los Angeles, Frankfurt, Barcelona, Madrid and Milan. We also have a roster of accredited guides that we use to supplement staff numbers when required. Our staff roles are deliberately blurred. Sales staff stay involved in events as they progress and, along with operational staff, work hand in hand with the client to ensure the best possible outcome.

Group Travel We will provide you with a tour or tour selection that will appeal to your clients. We can create and manage all types of group holiday packages – from escorted tours and fly and drive programmes to coach tours and weekend breaks. We also create specialist tours. FIT Travel We create tailor made packages for the individual traveller. We have a team of dedicated travel specialists who have up to date information and first-hand experience of their specialist areas. Providing a wealth of knowledge our experts are ready to craft your perfect holiday and bring it to life with exclusive experiences that will linger in your memory.

7 Other Cashel Travel Details
Cashel Travel are insured thusly: Employers liability: £10,000,000 (approximately $15,500,00) Public/products liability: £2,000,000 (approximately $3,100,0000) Cashel Travel has its own fleet of Mercedes E Class, S Class and Vianos. These vehicles are less than 3 years old and are maintained to the highest specifications. Cashel Travel are able to source the best vehicles with the greenest engines. All of the coaches are fully carpeted throughout, with climate controlled air-conditioning, plush leather reclining seats, multi-screen DVD player and hot & cold drinks facilities.

8 Case study 2015: Telecom Italia Mobile
Annual sales convention for 1900 delegates. First request - March 2015 / Event - May We made the initial proposal for London. Five Italian incentive houses were bidding and around 30 DMC's in the UK. Uevents in Milan were successful and we were bidding against Kuoni in London. Total value of the contract was £1.3 million. Cashel Travel was chosen. We had to: Source 2000 beds in 4 and 5 star hotels in London. Find a venue for a gala dinner for 2000. Provide transportation for delegates and VIP's Provide venue for conference and exhibition. Project involved contracting, hospitality desks, on-site support and Cashel Travel had 14 staff in London for the duration. Conference was a success and given we had 2 months to pull it together Cashel Travel was very proud it ran smoothly without any major problems.

9 Case study 2015: M&I Forums 500 + buyers and suppliers in the incentive industry over 5 days of seminars, one-to-one pre-scheduled meetings, receptions, gala dinners, networking activities and FAM visits in July This was the first time the event has been held in Scotland and Cashel Travel was chosen to be their local DMC. We had to provide: Transportation throughout Hospitality desk at the airport and in the conference center Optional activities and tours for all the delegates. Entertainment at the welcome dinner. Given this was all incentive companies and suppliers this was an extremely critical audience. Event was a great success. 15 Cashel Travel staff members were involved. 10 Case study 2015: Kaspersky Lab Convention
Cashel Travel were chosen to organise a convention for IT Security Experts 200 delegates for a conference at Fairmont St Andrews. We were asked to provide all services as well as organising a delegates activity program. We were also asked to come up with 2 gala dinners for the conference in memorable venues. We chose locations, menus and entertainment that pleased the delegates greatly. 4 Cashel Travel staff ensured this event was a great success. We had to provide: Transportation for delegates and VIP's Accommodation for all delegates and VIPs Activities throughout 2 gala dinners - one at Hill of Tarvit and one at Kinkell
