You need to agree on a country If there is anyone with the same country as you, you should join up with them

3 In your group: Think about language choice
Describe your country/place using positive words Organisation Sentence variation Paragraphing Do you need any images? Bring them in next lesson and leave some space for them

Do you need a headline? Yes – but what is a headline? What do they look like? What do you need to include along with your images? Yes – they need captions (a description of what is in the picture)

8 Headlines – what should they do?
Catch our attention Give clues about what is in the rest of the text – but not too much detail!

Alliteration is a good idea

Some people like a pun…

Others like to use rhyming… These can be hard to think of (and hard to understand!)
