4 What makes us unique? The ‘FLAT’ Governance Structure:
EQUAL representation; DECISION making involving all Headteachers working alongside the C.E.O. and Education Director; MUTUAL respect – much is to be learned from schools at various stages of development; INDIVIDUALITY of each school is retained; RESPONSIVE to the needs of each community; COMMON GOOD is at the heart of all partnership working. RIGOROUS CHALLENGE from highly skilled and independent Directors & Trust Members. What makes us unique?

5 Improved standards for children for all schools within the partnership (based upon collaborative research and development); Operational efficiencies through economies of scale; Increased flexibility of human resources; Improved potential for the retention of staff; Additional continuing professional development opportunities; Opportunities to establish succession planning programmes; Strengthened relationships between communities that cover a diverse geographical, socio-economic, ethnic and cultural region; further embedding a celebration of diversity and mutual respect.
