1.1 Research Background Tribe with 430 members are pretty big organization. Questions on the HTM activities should be developed every time. Through appropriate questions, it is possible to develop. HTMs themselves must pioneer the answers about HTM providence. We need to unite altogether to answer the questions.

1.2 Research Purposes and Methods
The purposes of this research are: First, I proposed research areas and questions in that areas will be given Second, I recommended the participants in this workshop try to select one question for each and struggle with it for 5 month. Third, I expect, in next workshop, Foundation Day 2016, we will share it Forth, it is expected that each one of HTM victors will be able to teach other members.

2.1 The Structure of the Analysis Framework

2.2 The 1st Criteria: Understanding HTM Providence
1st criteria is about how much a HTM know this providence. (1-1) (level of knowledge) Whether this tribal members know HTM providence (ex, return to homeland, tribal messiah proclamation, Tongbangyekpa, home church, etc.) exactly? (1-2) (level of learning spirit) Whether the tribal members are motivated to seek their tribe as a standard based on TP’s words? (1-3) (level of mission spirit) Whether the leaders in this tribe recognize HTM providence so that they work by mission spirit?

2.3 The 2nd Criteria: Tribal Vision & Strategy
The 2nd criteria is about tribal vision and strategies. (2-1) (existence of a tribal vision)Is there any contents which shared and decided by the leadership of tribal messiah for the future of the tribe? (2-2) (quality of a tribal vision) Is the tribal vision is appropriate and achievable? (2-3) (level of ownership) Is the tribal vision is shared and evaluated regularly by the member of the tribe? (2-4) (vision-strategy fitness) Is the tribal vision strategically converted for action?

2.4 The 3rd Criteria: Tribal Spirituality
The 3rd criteria is about whether a tribe make condition by their own. (3-1) (existence of tribal spirituality) Does this tribe make condition together? (3-2) (quality of spirituality) The practice of making condition is unique under the certain period of time? (3-3) (type of spirituality) What kind of conditions/ sincere devotions are you carrying out within your tribe? (3-4) (level of spirituality) Do they keep HDH in early morning? How deep and often this tribe keep making condition?

2.5 The 4th Criteria: Tribal Planning & Organization
The 4th criteria is about how the tribe is planned and organized (4-1) (planning of the tribe) What organizational structure or features the HTM dream and make a plan for? (4-2) (structure of the tribe) What is the level of structuralization of the 3 generation tribal system? (direction children + relatives + vocational collagues + present mission place + past mission places) (4-3) (organization of membership)As the spiritual parents, at the present, how many of the tribe formations you have 2-generation, 3-generation Blessed family members(including direct children + spiritual children who are couples with the completion of 3 day ceremony only) (4-4) (level of faith) What is the level of faith of the spiritual children who were created through the 3 generation tribal system? (4-5) (pre-membership) How many the couples who are under the witnessing process do you have in order to form the 3 generation tribal system?

2.6 The 5th Criteria: Environment Building
The fifth criteria is about whether a HTM seeks for favorable environment such as a tribal center, local environment enhancement, etc.) (5-1) (existence of a tribal center) Have you prepared a center where the Blessed families within your tribe can gather for religious or educative purposes? (5-2) (level of utility on the tribal center) How much do you utilize your tribal center? (5-3) (membership of home church) How many the restored Blessed families within your tribe are establishing Hoondok family churches? (5-4) (local environment development) Have you started or joined a local development initiative?

2.7 The 6th Criteria: Leadership and Ministry
For the sixth criteria, whether a HTM, as the tribal representative, displays adequate leadership and carried out their ministry works on the appropriate heavenly tribal messiah activities. (6-1) (sense of duty) Do you have a sense of duty as the tribal representative? (6-2) (spiritual leadership) Do you exercise spiritual leadership as the tribal representative? (6-3) (visionary leadership) Do you have a vision and plan for your ministry as the tribal representative? (6-4) (balanced ministry works) As the tribal representative, are you maintaining balanced ministry activities (sermon, counseling, education, visitation, etc.)? (6-5) (level of respect) As the tribal representative, are you trusted and respected by the Blessed families that you have restored? (6-6) (reporting) As the tribal representative, are you reporting adequately to your Abel, church leader? (6-7) (middle leadership) As the tribal representative, do you have prepared middle leaders in your tribe? (6-8) (leadership capability) What are the capabilities necessary for the couple’s tribe to complete their special mission in Cheon Il Guk and what are the tasks that need to be taken care of? (6-9) (leadership succession) What kind of tasks will have to be carried out for the succession of the couple’s tribe and how long do you think it will take?

2.8 The 7th Criteria: Counseling(Coaching)
The seventh criteria is about whether a HTM offers counseling(or coaching service) for their tribal members (7-1) (official counseling service) Whether the counseling program given by a HTM is official and regular-based? (7-2) (quality of counseling) Whether tribal members have learned counseling in the past? (7-3) (protection of the counseling) Whether counseling is secured in the tribe?

2.9 The 8th Criteria: Education and Training
The eighth criteria, it is about whether a HTM conducts education programs for tribal members. (8-1) (pre-blessing education) Are you consistent in maintaining the pre-Blessing education programs for Blessing candidates? (8-2) (post-blessing education) Are the education programs (divine principle workshop, etc.) for the restored Blessed couples after the Blessing managed systematically? (8-3) (strategic program development) Are the long-term faith education programs for restored Blessed families being carried out systematically? (8-4) (needs analysis) Are you satisfying the individualized education needs among the restored Blessed families? (8-5) (effectiveness of the education) Are you implementing sufficient education for the growth of faith of the newly restored Blessed families? (8-6) (creativity of the program) Do you have any differential programs for Blessed Family education? (8-7) (quality of the educator) Do you have higher level lecturers within your tribe?

2.10 The 9th Criteria: Tribal Inheritance
The ninth criteria is about inheriting tribal legacy – for example, recognition from True Parents, award from the church, historical fact, grant gift, or achievement, etc – which is spreadable to tribal members. (9-1) (level of the tribal legacy) Is there any contents that True Parents recognize tribal messiah or tribal members for their dedication for the church? (9-2) (features of the tribal legacy) Is there any legacy as a statue for their faith, which can be remembered and proud by tribal members? (9-3) (sharing of the tribal legacy) Whether do tribal members share their own tribal legacy? (9-4) (promotion of the tribal legacy) Whether do tribe promote their own legacy such as publication, media, etc. (9-5) (education of the tribal legacy) Whether an education program for the tribal legacy is provided for tribal members? (9-6) (2nd generation education) Whether 2nd or 3rd generation in the tribe receive an education of tribal legacy?

2.11 The 10th Criteria: Witnessing & Blessing
The tenth criteria is about process of the witnessing and blessing (10-1) (local strategy) Did the tribe establish a clear and concrete plan, vision and goal for the activities in your area or hometown? (10-2) (target audience) Is the tribe executing the prepared plan in a systemic manner when selecting witnessing guests? (10-3) (balanced approach) Is the tribe taking a balanced approach towards the different levels of guests such as tribal restoration, community restoration and workplace restoration? (10-4) (individualized approach) Did the tribe use a differential method when approaching guests? (10-5) (level of on-field experience) Does the tribe have the on-field experience and knowledge needed to manage a cooperation on the witnessing? (10-6) (follow-up reflection) Did you carry out enough self-observation and follow-up measures through learning from failed witnessing cases? (10-7) (flexible approach) Are the witnessing activities and Blessing activities related in a flexible way? (10-8) (level of story) Do you have any moving stories about witnessing activities? (10-9) (integrity of the blessing process) Is the Blessing process (preparations beforehand, ceremony, 40 days separation, 3-day ceremony, etc.) managed systematically?

The eleventh criteria is about outreach works (nonprofits, service projects, local community participation, etc.) (11-1) (nonprofit organization) Whether the tribe hold their own nonprofit organization? (11-2) (service projects) Whether the tribe hold their own service project or join others? (11-3) (social impact) how much the tribe is influential to the local society?

2.13 The 12th Criteria: Business and Finance
The 12th criteria is about a HTM runs tribal business and operate financial management (12-1) (financial asset) Does the tribe possess financial assets and/or an independent financial system in order to support the public activities of the tribe? (12-2) (financial independence) What kind of tasks will have to be carried out in order to achieve financial independence and financial stability and how long do you think it will take? Are you preparing measures to be taken for the financial independence of public activities of the tribe? (12-3) (tribal business) Whether the tribe hold their own business?

2.13 The 13th Criteria: System and Management
The 13th criteria is about (13-1) (level of cohesiveness) Have the Blessed families within the tribe united as one organization and do they exercise cohesive organizing authority? (13-2) (level of trust and respect) Do tribal members trust and respect each other? (13-3) (management system) Whether the tribe is managed well?

2.14 The 14th Criteria: Church’s Support and Cooperation
The 14th criteria is about church-tribal messiah relations. (14-1) (church leader’s evaluation) How are the CIG church leaders evaluating the couple? (14-2) (church leader’s longterm prediction) How long do you (church leaders) predict it will take for the couple to accomplish their mission of HTM? What tasks do you (church leaders) think are necessary and how long do you predict it will take for the couple’s tribe to build the leadership it needs? (14-3) (horizontal cooperation) What are the tasks that need to be carried out by the couple in order to support other couples’ tribe formation efforts and how long do you thing it will take?

9.1 Suggestions to FFWPU on HTM Activities
First, HTMs pioneered teach HTMs pioneering. Second, all HTMs need to become witnessing experts respectively. Third, a policy to nurture HTM will be more concerned. Forth, HTM themselves must find the way to grow.

9.2 Suggestions to FFWPU on Leaders
First, local church must organize the cooperation between HTMs. Second, knowledge from HTM works must be shared globally.

10.1 Summary of research The HTM knowledge framework must be carefully built for helping frontline witnessing work. It should be developed by the actual cases from the frontline. Developers had better be HTM victors. It must be used for teaching other members who would like to accomplish the HTM goal.

10.2 Follow-up Research Orientations
Follow-up Research Orientations - Detailed research on the various knowledge map that HTM can actually apply to their field. - A follow-up research to verify the validity of the analysis frame used in the HTM case research is necessary. - Cultural contexts may differ and therefore careful interpretation needs to be carried out on the all criteria.
