3. Claim forms Helpdesk Treasurer\Chair + claimant
Collect and complete the form, attaching all receipts
All Grants work with a claim form. You purchase the item and we pay you back! If the item is too expensive then we may be able to pay the company directly
Each society has a code one for grant money and one for private, if you are still banking with santander don’t worry about the private code you will only need this if you move internal
When using a claim form, make sure the person who is claiming’s name is at the top and that that their bank details are on their LSU account. It needs to be co-signed by the treasurer (if the treasurer is claiming then the chair co-signs). Please attach the original receipts to the claim form or the invoice. Make sure it has a UTR number if it is an invoice from an individual. UTR means unique tax reference
Bring it to the helpdesk and it will be processed from there. Claims can take up to two weeks but are normally done in a week.

on the LSU Website under your profile

4. Key Money Rules A Society member cannot be a paid instructor.
All external instructors need to fill in a time sheet and will be paid by BACS or an invoice with a UTR.
They must also have completed a Societies Coaching Contract.
Please do not directly pay invoices and claim them back in case there is a problem with the invoice.
