1. Infrared
Type of wireless transmission medium that sends signals using infrared light waves. To communicate each other, Infrared devices often must be within about 5 meters (15 feet).

Bluetooth technology uses short-range radio waves to transmit data between two Bluetooth devices. The data transfers between devices at rate of 1Mbps. To communicate each other, Bluetooth devices often must be within about 10 meters.(33 feet)

A satellite is a space station that receives microwaves signals from an earth-based station, amplifies (strengthens) the signal, and broadcasts the signal back over a wide area to any number of earth-based stations.
