Posters can help raise awareness about events your organization puts on
Posters can help increase attendance at club meetings by telling people when you meet.

Where the event is?
The disability statement
Contact information for people who have questions

4. Poster Design Text should be readable
If you think a font is hard to read, don’t use it
Make sure the images make sense with the event
Make sure the color scheme is appropriate
Make sure you can read the text on the background color you choose

5. Where to Put Your Posters
Make sure your posters are stamped by VPSA
Posters should be approved by VPSA 5 days before the event
When you pick up your posters from VPSA you can get a sheet that says where you can put your posters around campus
You can put them on your website
Sandwich boards around campus
You can reserve up to 6 sandwich boards at a time
Bulletin boards around campus
Create a news post on OrgSync
