What does healthy eating mean?:
Healthy eating means eating a variety of foods which you all the nutrients you need to maintain your health,feel good and have energy.These nutrients include protein,carbonhydrates,fat,water,vitamins and minerals.Nutrition is important for every living things.The end product of eating healthier is nicer looking skin and hair, maintaining weight and also feeling more energised.

Tips and tricks: If you have problems with keeping yourself from junk food try healthier alternatives (like instead of chocolate try nuts or fruits, they work well as in between meal snacks.) A very easy but healthy breakfast is a smoothie or oatmeal with honey instead of sugar.

Calories ,what are they? Calories are a measurement of energy in food.Your body uses calories from food for walking,thinking,breathing and other important functions.The average person needs to eat about 2,000 calories every day to maintain their weight.

Different types of vegeterians :
Lacto–ovo-vegetarian :eats no meat, but will eat dairy products (milk, butter, cheese) and eggs. Ovo-vegetarian: eats eggs, but no meat or dairy products. Vegan: eats no meat or animal products. Why are people vegan? People have different reasons for becoming vegetarians. Some follow vegetarian or semi-vegetarian diets for health reasons.For instance, a diet rich in fruits, vegetables and grains tends to be low in fat and cholesterol, which is good for your heart. Concern for animals and enviromental reasons are also cited by vegetarians when they explain what they don’t eat.Also some cultures and religions have vegetarian diets.
