design
Renowned Costa Rican architect Ronald Zurcher, known for his architectural sensibility, was inspired by the mystique of the area’s cenotes and the resort’s fertile surroundings. In close association, the internationally acclaimed design firm DAS drew inspiration for the resort’s concept from ancient iconography, local scenery and the area’s colorful culture.
