About Me I am Jamuna Biswa , my basic aim is to seek a platform to utilize my knowledge and skills in an organization that gives professional growth in the field of geology and scientific exposure while being resourceful, innovative and flexible and to set that organization at the top position. I have completed my M.Sc in Geology from Department of Earth Science, Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. I am pursuing Ph.D from Department of Earth Science, Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. Presently working as an Assistant Professor, in Department of Mining Engineering, Mewar University, Chittorgarh. The topic for my flipped classroom is Petrology, study of rocks. working as an Assistant Professor, in Department of Mining Engineering Provide basic information about yourself and the topic in which you want to design a flipped classroom.

In-class Activity Design -2
Active Learning activity(ies) that you plan to do Think – pair - share Explain the strategy by giving details of Discussion with the students on the topic petrology Justify why the above is an active learning strategy The teacher will justify it by providing different questions and interacting with the students related to it.

In-class Activity Design -2
Peer Instruction Strategy – What Student Does Firstly students will understand the topic. Students will discuss among themselves. Then listen to instructors explanation.

In-class Activity Design -2
Justify why the above is an active learning strategy Students need to require to think deeply about the content. They go beyond listening. And the feedback is also provided.
