1. Documenting Vaccines In AdminRx
In addition to scanning the vaccine(s) as you would other meds, the manufacturer, lot # and VIS version date as well as immunization education must be documented.
Remember to check Immunization History in Starpanel before administering to assure there are not contraindications to giving ( ie pt has not already had)
