Standard pressure region is the northern airspace and all airspace above 18000’ASL. Set altimeter to 29.92”Hg. Altimeter setting region is southern airspace below 18000’ASL where you set the altimeter to the nearest altimeter setting.

4. Air Traffic Control Air Traffic Control (ATC) Unit:

1: Aircraft overtaking another aircraft shall pass on the right (unless ridge soaring: on the inside)

Do not pass over or under, or cross ahead of, another aircraft if you are not far enough away to not create a risk of collision
