A personal brand is based on the point of view of others
A personal brand is based on the point of view of others. It’s what others think about you and how they experience you. It’s your reputation. It’s the opinion others have formed about your character, your qualities, your strengths, weaknesses, your habits and your behavior. It’s the overall spirit of who you are, what you stand for and what others can expect from you. It’s how a colleague, business associate, peer or boss describes you when trying to persuade someone else on why or why not to work with you, hire you, promote you… A personal brand matters.
