5. Requirements (Part 3) Physiology & Hygiene Requirement
Proof of basic military training.
Complete a course in biology, health, or nutrition.
35-question True/False test administered in the county office of education.
Fee Requirement
Make payment online $170.
Charged $70 if application expires after 6 months.

Be registered in the PTP (provisional teaching process) program by district
- At least 50 hours of pre-professional experience
- At least 350 hours of formal instruction
