4 Requirements (Part 2) SAT ACT GRE Testing Requirement
Basic skills assessment requirement (choose one) 1. The Praxis Core Academic Skills: Reading 156, Math 150, Writing 162 2. Demonstrate a score on the SAT, ACT, or GRE Oral Proficiency Interview Score of “intermediate High” or higher level. SAT Math 570 Reading 610 ACT Math 23 English 23 GRE Quantitative 156 Verbal 155

5 Requirements (Part 3) Physiology & Hygiene Requirement
Proof of basic military training. Complete a course in biology, health, or nutrition. 35-question True/False test administered in the county office of education. Fee Requirement Make payment online $170. Charged $70 if application expires after 6 months.

6 Submission Apply online. Submit all documents in ONE packet to:
