The complex analysis of a radioecological situation at normal and emergency operating modes of the nuclear power plant with GIS-technology T.Lev, O.Tishchenko, V.Piskun, L.Teslyuk Institute for safety problems of NPP UNAS, Kiev, Ukraine. Output results During the last years the radioecological situation in agricultural territories of Ukraine essentially has changed. Average levels of the milk contamination do not exceed 50 Bq/l in 95 % of cases. The most contaminated milk had watched in the Zhitomir and Rovno region, where in 20 % of cases the farms produced the milk with level contamination Bq/l. In the private sector the levels of the milk and meat contamination also have decreased, but they continue to remain higher, than in farms. The levels of milk contamination in the separate villages reach Bq/l in Zhitomir region and Bq/l in Rovno region. The classification of the polluted agricultural territory of Ukraine with use of a principle priority was developed . Data of radioecological monitoring of pollution of production and soil in farms with data by populated places was provided an estimation of a radioecological situation in comparison with normative levels. Radioecological information system Introduction The radioecological information system on the basis GIS-technologies is developed for carrying out of the complex analysis of a radioecological situation in the agricultural polluted territories of the Ukrainian Polesye. The radioecological information system was created with using: · 1.The cartographic data in scale 1: digital farm’s maps, soil maps and topographical maps of the 37 polluted districts in the 5-th regions,· 2.The annual average data by per farm (near 400) about level contamination of products ( kinds) for the period ,· 3.The original primary data (sample data) by 40 critical farms in 5-th regions for the period Aim The aim of this scientific work was to make 1.Statistical analysis of average levels of pollution of milk and meat. 2.The multi-objective estimation and classification of the polluted territory 3.Planning of schedule of product monitoring on agricultural territories. Analysis of radioecological situation Typical soil Soil contamination by farms Classification territory Conclusions Results of the executed statistical analysis and classification of the polluted farms of the Ukrainian Polessye testify that the establishment of new agrarian attitudes and change of land ownership have complicated an ecological situation and the control over it in separate areas. In this connection, reception of reliable data is limited for the big territory. Therefore carrying out of the advanced and regulated monitoring of farmland for allocated is necessary Radioecological Information system for analysis, classification and planning product monitoring Project № 14/60Н-99 was funded of Ministry of Ukraine of emergencies and affaires of population protection Institute for safety problems of NPP UNAS.
