Complete a Level 1
(Quality Chapter) application

3. Beginning the Application

4. Sign in using your log-in information

5. On the main page, locate the CEP icon and click on it

6. Click on Add New

7. Now your school has a NEW CEP Application

8. Review of Status Definitions

9. Click the number in the edit column to open your blank application

10. Complete CEP Cover Page – necessary contact information and signatures

11. You can complete the application as a chapter or as individual sections but not both

12. Unduplicated student enrollment number

13. Next we have certifications – but we will revisit them in a moment!

14. You must be able to answer YES at ALL 6 Indicators

21. List one major activity for each component and 2-3 essential elements that student’s developed.

22. Once completed, click save

23. Now that we have entered information and are ready to submit Level 1 – we need to certify that the information is accurate
Chapters do not submit any paperwork or documentation for the activities or the 6 indicators

24. Once certifications are in place, click on Submit Application
If required information is missing, you will receive an error message

25. Type SUBMIT in the box and then click on confirm

26. No longer able to edit Level 1
Status has changed to Quality – met the standard so automatic
SD and Advisor receive an of congratulations & next steps
Level 2 is now open for you

27. You can print a PDF of your Level 1 Application
