Baby Corn Is Baby Corn really baby corn? You bet!
It is immature cobs of sweet corn Picked right off the stalk as the ear begins to develop Has a crisp texture and sweet flavor Bite-sized and only 2-4 inches long

Baby Corn Baby corn is essentially the same as the mature corn on the cob. In fact, you eat all of it – cob and all! The cob is not eaten in more mature corn because it is too tough to digest. Baby corn is eaten both raw and cooked.
