As the usage increased, there is another problem, the number of cyber crime also increased.
The law try to enforce this problem but the number of victims keep growing steadily.
So the best way to avoid being a victim is by making use the impenetrable security to authenticate any information.

So hacker can accessed to the personal information.
Hacking and ethical hacking is different.
