Very few individuals, especially in sub-urban areas of Zambia utilise this service due to the time consuming process of accessing and paying for the form.
Most people lose such documents due to continuous relocation and the volatile nature of the scheme form.
The current medical scheme is limited to a peculiar medical institution or geographical location.
Frequent visits to Health centres stressful and costly
General population forcefully relying on prescriptions from untrained drug dispensers hence increased events of unexplainable deaths.

Medical personnel access through a linked network to computers in medical institutions for patient records
