9 Millis Store Remodel Goal was to create a farm stand look at the entry to a conventional supermarket and “own” produce 1,300 square feet patio area – carved out of the interior of the existing store Could not create the open air entry system that we use at our Cape store. All loose product or hand packaged. More local emphasis in the market. Wooden shingles for signs Staffed the market 8 – 10 hours per day
