Saturday Nights Date: December February 2018 Time: 7-9:30 Where: Elite Level Sports 2100 Alexander St, West Valley City, UT 84119 Thursday Nights Time: 6:30-7:30 Where: TBD Option #1- Pods, 1 in the East & 1 in the West Option #2- Warehouse in West Jordan Option #3- Play it forward in Sandy

Cooperstown New York Date: Week #1- June 2nd Cost Breakdown
$1,000 a player $1,000 a coach $20 a day to get into the park Player travel to New York Family travel/lodging/food Financial Ad Programs Can help with full cost package/ More info to come Fundraising Current fundraising will go toward standard 2018 team fees 1st Other fundraisers can be setup for Cooperstown specifically Expenses Cooperstown will be calculated, and accounted for outside of team fees/commitments Extra Players If any player/ family does not want to participate in Cooperstown, it will not affect their statues on the team for 2018

Team Fundraising Events
Utah Ducks Discount Cards 10-20 deals (each parent asked to participate) BOGO at Artic Circle Cards $10-$20 Each Players sells 100 toward his fees, over sold is split between other players Team sales party ( 2 location, everyone participates) Walmart-Smiths-Target Spaghetti dinner & raffle Each player will be required to donate an item to the raffle Dinner will be $10 per plate Friends and extended family members of players are encouraged to come Time and location are TBD, expect January Team Yard Sale We will have a team yard sale and all earnings will go towards reducing all player fees

Team sponsorships and fundraising will affect final fee once they have been completed Payment Schedule December - $125 January - $400 February- $400 March- Any Remaining Balance Payments Disclaimer Deposits will be non-refundable unless otherwise approval given by Utah Ducks coaching staff Missing Tournaments / Leagues: Player responsible for total team fees Left over money will be applied towards 2018/2019 fees Cooperstown / Reno nationals (Not Included In 2018 Team Fees) Cooperstown- $1,000 a player, plus $1,000 a coach, plus travel. None player or coach- travel, lodging, park fees ($20 a day) Reno/Tahoe National- $299 a plyer, plus $299 a coach, plus travel, plus lodging
