How to Register with ERS and E2

2. Start at DEQ Home Page: www.deq.state.ok.gov

3. Links at bottom of DEQ Home Page
Click on “Oklahoma CROMERR Information”

4. ERS Link Page
Click Here

5. ERS Home Page
Click “Register”

6. Enter Signatory Information here
Enter Personal Information here
Click “Verify”

7. Choose “DMR”
Click
“Next”

8. Verify Facility Information
Click
“Lookup”
Enter Permit ID #
Verify Facility Information
Click “Next”

9. DEQ Account Confirmation Email
You will receive this after you hit next on the add facility screen.

Confirm you are linked to the correct facility

10. Enter Company Information
If the Authorizing Official is also the Requester/Signatory click “Copy”
Enter Authorizing Official Information
Click “Next”

11. Choose 5 security questions from the drop-down menus
Enter your answers in the appropriate text boxes
Create a password with at least 8 characters containing: upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.
Click “Next”

12. Read the Agreement
Click “I Accept”
Click “Submit”

13. You must view the ESA before you can click “Sign and Submit”

14. After you click “View ESA” from the previous page, this page will open
After you click “View ESA” from the previous page, this page will open. Look it over and if everything looks good, then just exit out of this window.

15. After you have viewed the ESA you may now click “Sign and Submit”

16. Once you click “Sign and Submit” you will be taken to this page
Once you click “Sign and Submit” you will be taken to this page. It just confirms that your account has been set up.

17. After you click “Submit” on the previous slide, you will then receive two s: one from e2admin and another from CROMERR (which is your digital certificate).
