What is PowerPoint? It is a slide show presentation software developed by Microsoft. It is useful in making presentations for lectures, sharing ideas, or discussing a topic. Learn, Play, Innovate

Project 1: Creating a slide
Open the Microsoft PowerPoint program Click on “Blank Presentation” Learn, Play, Innovate

Adding a text box 1 Click on a blank side of the slide and click “Ctrl+A and then the “Del” button. This deletes the textboxes on the slide. Click on the “INSERT” tab. Click on “Shapes” and select textbox. 2 Learn, Play, Innovate

Adding a textbox Click on the slide and drag creating a large rectangle. Type in it what you see in this slide but adding your own name. Select everything and choose font type “Gabriola” and font size 72. Learn, Play, Innovate

Adding a Design Click on the “DESIGN” tab . 1

Saving our work Click on the “FILE” tab and click on “Save”
