WHY A.R.M.S. ?? Do you know where all of your totes are?
Do your managers spend valuable time tracking down totes and arranging shipping to or from the customer? Do you buy “one-way” totes, or rent containers, even though you have valuable assets sitting around un-utilized? Do you use a logistics provider who understands and specializes in the movement of totes? Can you go to a web site, click a button, and have visibility of your entire supply chain? Is getting your totes back from the customer a confrontational event? Is the “true” cost of shipping your product in totes higher than you projected?
