Committee Structure Chair Vice Chair Ladies Co-Ordinator Treasurer
All positions are up for re-election annually Any Club Member can stand The existing Committee wants to reinforce that they are happy to stand aside if anyone wants to step into a role Roles can be shared Committee should reflect as well as represent it’s membership base Process: Promoted and seconded Vote by MEMBERS here tonight Chair Vice Chair Ladies Co-Ordinator Treasurer Head Coach Secretary Welfare Officer We are recommending the addition of an Events role to the Committee for 2017 Non-executive roles: Reintroduce a Funding Co-ordinator role Retain Social Secretary role Refresh Communications role Coaches; Captains
