2. Status
Journal of Asian Concrete Federation (ACF Journal) is an e-Journal with free download policy.
The inaugural issue was published in Sep (V1N1).
At present, four issues have been published (V1N1 in 2015, V2N1/V2N2 in 2016, V3N1 in 2017).
Next issue (Dec. 2017) is under preparation (V3N2).
Publication dates of biannual issues are June 30 and Dec. 31 each year.
ACF Journal currently uses ACOMS (Advanced Contribution Management System) provided free of charge by KRF.

4. Editorial Board, to be expanded
From ACI, Prof. David LANG (Univ. of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign) has joined the Editorial Board as a new member.
As new institutional memberships have been added to ACF such as China and Russia, we need to invite more members from the new membership institutes.
This needs to be discussed during the meeting and new members should be added asap.

Most recent issue (V3N1) was published in June 2017 (July 5, 2017)
4 technical papers and 2 technical reports were included in V3N1.
Some hardcopies of Vol. 3 (V3N1, V3N2) will be printed early 2018, and distributed among ACF member institutes as well as renounced concrete societies including ACI, fib, Rilem within current budget of U$ 200/year.

7. V3N2 (Dec. 2017)
Status
A special issue on UHPC.
Ten manuscripts were received and reviewed.
Only 5 manuscripts, however, are expected to be published after the 1st peer review (either rejected and/or revised manuscripts were not submitted).

8. Future issues
V4N1 (June 2018)
Take advantage of the 2nd ACF Symposium.
Good cooperation between Editorial Board and LOC of the 2nd ACF Symposium is needed.
LOC is to provide recommended list of contributions for ACF Journal asap: please discuss/inform current status during the meeting.
Call for papers should be frequently announced through ACF secretariat.
V4N2 (Dec. 2018)
- A special issue on Recycled Aggregate Concrete (RAC) is being considered: please discuss during the meeting.

9. Task in the future
As the terms-of-office of Editor-in-Chief will expire at the end of 2018, new Editor-in-Chief needs to be recommended by EC.
It is important to achieve SCOPUS, SCI, SCIE, EI journal status in the future.
One practical objective can be to achieve Korea Citation Index status (by KRF) in 2018:
- At least 1 issue for 3 years
- Publication policy includes exact publication dates.
- At least 2 peer reviews per technical paper
- Ethics of the journal publication exists
- The journal is listed in KCI (Korea Citation Index)

ACF Journal publication is one of the most important activities of ACF, so all ACF senior officers join wisdom & effort so that it should continue!!!!!!!!!!!
We need active cross referencing of the ACF Journal papers!!!!!
Selection of next Editor-in-Chief.
Plan ahead to become an indexed journal.
Manuscripts are needed for V4N1.
