Performance Requirements – How does the product need to perform? What is the expectations?
Material and Component Requirements – How does a material need to perform? What is the expectation of the components in the product?
Ease of Manufacture – How is the product made? Is this the best option?
Ease of Maintenance – How is the product maintained? Service? PAT Testing?
Legal and Safety Requirements – Is there any laws or regulations that must be met by the product to be made and sold?
