visualize a calm place... know that everything will be okay... stay focused on my tasks... remind myself that this feeling will pass...

7 Every morning I remind myself that today will be a great and peaceful day!

8 I am free from obsessing about the future and the anxiety it causes.

9 Anxiety is just a feeling. I am safe, and free to soar and overcome.

10 I have the power to replace negative anxious thoughts with positive calming ones.
