This guide assumes you are already logged into the service. Here, you’ll find instructions on four of
the main service features: Newsletters, Tools You Can Use, Explore the eLibrary, and Ask An Expert.
NEWSLETTERS
EXPLORE THE eLIBRARY
ASK AN EXPERT
Timely information to keep you informed.
As part of our service, you’ll have on demand access to past newsletter editions. Here’s how:
Select Newsletters from the main navigation bar.
View past newsletter editions using the Available Issues pull-down menu.
When you select a newsletter date, the articles in that issue will display.
Simply click on an article link to read more.
When articles are displayed you can still access other articles in the newsletter by viewing the feature to the left called “Also in This Issue.”
Calculators and other options to help decision makers.
To access various energy tools available to you, select “Tools You Can Use” from the main navigation bar.
Once on the tools page, select one and click.
Follow on-screen prompts, which vary by tool.
Access thousands of searchable documents.
Access Questline’s extensive digital content library by clicking on “Explore the eLibrary,” found in the navigation at the bottom of the newsletter or on the toolbar.
Here, search newsletter archives going back 13 months. Simply type a phrase, word or term in the Keywords/Search Expression field, then click Search.
A search for “Energy Efficiency,” for example, will return a number of available content assets. Click on titles to review articles.
Have questions? Quickly get the answers you need.
One of the most popular features, Ask an Expert, is easy to use. Either call (800) with your question, or use the online form:
From main navigation, select “Ask an Expert”
Engage the “Type of Request” pull-down menu to select the option that describes the type of inquiry expert needed.
In “Subject” field, enter the subject of the question.
In the “Question” field enter a complete, descriptive inquiry.  
You have the ability to attach up to three files for our experts to reference.
Click “Submit Question.”
You’ll receive a message confirming your submission and when to expect a response.
