Rename node identifiers that end with 'enabled' to 'enable'. Set the default value of routing/…/ospf/instance/areas/area/interfaces/interface/fast-reroute/lfa/enable (previously named 'enabled') to FALSE. Add IEEE bandwidth type ieee-bandwidth and update all TE bandwidth fields to use it. Intermediate solution till ietf-routing-types.yang is ready.
