What really happened? Who cares!
Simplification What really happened? Who cares! Your client doesn’t. Which was our goal. In reality a lot of things have happened: A connection to the GetHired API is established Your software license ID has been verified A connection to the Execupay API associated with your license ID has been established (this has been previously established) Account verification takes place If no account exists, it is created on-the-fly The client logs in inside of a few seconds, a few extra seconds if a new account is being created.

Retrieve Required Credentials from SwipeClock: Partner (Accountant) Number Partner (Accountant) API Secret To get the partner level secret using a Partner Login -> Accountant Menu and the section labeled Accountant Administrative Tools -> there is an option called “Accountant Level API Secret Management” to create and retrieve the Partner level API secret.

How to use this new tool? Timeworks Plus API Integration Scenario 1
You have a client who is using the existing SwipeClock integration You may migrate the client to TimeWorksPlus Move the client from TimeWorks to TimeWorksPlus on the SwipeClock side. Move the client from the old TimeWorks API to the new TimeWorksPlus API from within the Execupay TimeWorksPlus management tool. Scenario 2 New client is added to TimeWorksPlus on the SwipeClock side, and is then set up within the Execupay TimeWorksPlus management tool.

Navigation Migrate Show All Employees Refresh From SwipeClock
Initiates the migration of a TW client to TWP. Show All Employees Initial view includes only employees who are already set up on TLM. ‘Show All’ allows you to see the full list of employees within the company, and add them to TLM. Refresh From SwipeClock Refreshes selected employee(s) from SwipeClock and saves available Additional Parameters to the database.

Navigation Initialize Update Password
Initialize selected, or all employees for TWP API integration. This pushes relevant employee data from Execupay to SwipeClock and activates the employee. Update Password Updates the employee password on the SwipeClock side for non-SSO employee logins. Available only if ‘Password’ is mapped within ‘Client Setup’.

Platinum Retire Setup Payroll Operations Receives the Contract ID from PAi Payroll Specialist opens the Execupay / PlatinumRetire icon from within Clients > Company Select the client from the pull-down Add the Contract ID Setup 401k Details Complete Setup by clicking on the ‘Send Files’ button. The ‘Send Files’ button automatically submits the setup files to PAi for processing.

Platinum Retire Client Service Setup
Client Service will be automatically inserted into the client record during the PlatinumRetire Setup process. This will also disable the marketing tile, which is no longer necessary If the client chooses to opt out from further use of ExecupayRetire / PlatinumRetire, the service must be removed from the Client Services screen. This will re-enable the marketing tile.

Platinum Retire File Transmission
Files for OnDemand Execupay Licensees will be transmitted via Execupay Hosted Services Integration Services. One-Time-Setup within the Execupay Integration Database is required. Files for Replicated Execupay Licensees can be transmitted via Execupay Hosted Services Integration Services, at their request. Files for OnSite Execupay Licensees will be managed at the local server. Setup within the Execupay Integration Database is required.

Platinum Retire File Retrieval
The retrieval of PAi Reverse File (payroll deductions) is automatically requested and imported once per day, before business hours. This time is set within the Execupay Integration Server as a Windows Task and requires configuration.

Platinum Retire Marketing Template
This setting is required for each office in order for the PPx marketing template to push client requests for info in to the CXM. Without a marketing template specified, a generic marketing page will be displayed asking the client to contact their Payroll Specialist.

Once clicked, the “Request Information” button will automatically gather the following information and transmit it to PAi for follow-up with the interested client: First Name Last Name Company Phone City State Employees Additional Information (Licensee ID for Client Identification Purposes) Also upon click, a CXM ticket will be generated based upon the setup below indicating that this client has shown interest in the product and has requested more information.
