SALT Always eat little salt; don’t add more salt to your food. Low sodium diet is best for healthy livings. More sodium in diet a major contributor to high blood pressure also known as hypertension, the cause of heart disease. More than 75% of the sodium consume from processed and restaurant foods. Try use fruits and vegetables from your local farmer's market, cook at home so you can regulate how much sodium you use and pay attention to nutrition labels.

Sugar Always use medium sugar for a healthy life. You might be thinking, how sugar is the help to fat burn? Naturally, sugar is very helpful to control weight always use food that contains natural sugar like fruits. Many foods contain the natural source of sugar and salt. Such foods like honey, fruits vegetables, and milk are natural sugar sources.

FAST FOOD Don’t use fast food or fried food daily, 1 or 2 time in a week is enough always try to ignore fast food. Fast food defined that contributes little nutrient value but provides excess calories and fat. Fast food prepares and served very quickly, but it is not a proper way for nutrition. WATER Every system in your body depends on water. Dehydration main reason is the lack of water in the body. Drink minimum 2-liter water in a day. Drinking enough water is very helpful to burn fat and increases the energy level in the body. Water is also very helpful to digest food. You also use watermelon on hot days. Watermelon is virtually calorie-free, containing 70% water with each slice. Plus, they have essential vitamins and nutrients.

FAT BURNING FOOD Add fat burning foods in your daily diet. Proteins from natural sources are healthy fat burning foods. Whole grains, low-fat dairy products like Milk, Cheese, green tea, lentils, hot peppers, Chicken and Fish are given the energy to digest food and maintaining a healthy metabolism.
