Revisions as of December 2017
Following our previous communication in June 2017, further revisions have been made to the 2018–2019 DAD Discharge Dispositions and NACRS Visit Dispositions No revisions were made to the 2018–2019 Institution Types Care transitions will be covered in our What’s New for DAD and NACRS in –2019? education sessions in March and April 2018 A customized webinar on care transitions will also be available in Q4 for those requiring in-depth review
