It is the goal of the Greenwood Freshman Center to prepare each student for a successful transition into high school and to take positive steps toward setting and attaining their post-secondary career and/or college goals.

Students must have a cumulative GPA of at least a 3.5 during the Spring semester of their 8th grade year to qualify.

21 Quiz Bowl The 8th and 9th grade quiz bowl team finished second at the 6A regional tournament. They finished first at the DeQueen Invitational Tournament. Captain, Taylor Aishman, was named to the Top Ten All-Tournament Team at Southside's Invitational answering the seventh highest total number of individual questions.
