3. Choose one of the following topics to research
Crime and punishment – murder
Dating and courtship customs and rituals
Marriage and divorce rules, laws and rights
Insane asylums – who was sent there, why and what treatments were given
Remember to only research Victorian England!

4. Research project slide show
Title slide with the group’s names and topic
Slide 2 – the 2 Victorian Age questions and answers
Slides 3 – 6 will have bulleted information about the chosen topic and appropriate images.
Student groups will create a 5 question multiple choice and/or true/false quiz the class must take on the information provided in the group’s presentation. This will be slides 7 – 11.
Student groups will turn in a hard copy of the quiz with their names on it.
