For slides 7-10 which follow, decide what the real facts behind the sentences are, as in this example:
You wouldn’t have such a nasty cough if you didn’t smoke so much.
You smoke a lot, so you have a nasty cough.

14. INSTRUCTIONS 2 Unreal Conditionals 2
For slides 11-18, make conditional sentences from the facts given, as in the example below. The resulting sentences will be Type 2, Type 3, or Mixed).
I don’t speak French. I won’t apply for that summer job in Paris.
If I spoke French, I would apply for that summer job in Paris.

21. 17 I didn’t look after my teeth, so I have to wear false ones now.
Check:
If I had looked after my teeth, I wouldn’t have to wear false ones now.

I went on a sea cruise when I was 20. There, I met Gloria and fell in love at first sight. I am happily married now, and we have two lovely children.
Check:
