3. Our Expectations

4. What you can expect from us
Safeguarding/welfare. The college takes your welfare and safety seriously, so please let us know if you have any concerns regarding yourself or one of your friends.

Keep your privacy settings on the highest level.
Remember future employers and universities can look at your profile.

8. Safeguarding
All students are entitled to feel safe both in and out of College and all staff will actively safeguard and promote the welfare of all our students. Any concerns can be shared with any member of staff who will share this information with a designated child protection officer in order to support the student.
Staff may not promise confidentiality, but they will help you to deal with situations. The College counsellor is available to advise you and your progress coach can give you lots of information about the support we can offer.

11. UCAS Workshops will available for all students.
Details in the Student Bulletin and college s:
Support with filling out online application
Guidance with personal statement
Write drafts
Ask PC and teachers to read drafts and give feedback

12. Deadlines for University Applications:
Cambridge, Oxford, Veterinary, Medicine: External Deadline 15th October 2017 (internal deadline 6th October 2017)
Long Road internal support deadline 10th November 2017
