Enterprise Active Directory Consolidation
Significant progress, most divisions are tracking to submitted project plans XXX locations moved YTD Minimal business disruptions. Issues early on with people not consistently following the process and not following division-level change management ZZ Admin team (global domain admins) trained and operational SCCM team has the new global SCCM instance up and operational Great job by Jack Helscel leading the technical team(s) through project startup and deployments!

New Technologies Balance standards with keeping PCC current on the technology curve Hyper Converged Infrastructure Continuing to monitor TCO Working with Dell on a pilot project Expensive entry point Gartner projects mainstream by 2020 StorMagic Virtualized SAN for smaller locations wanting a full fault-tolerant VMware deployment Low TCO Risk of them being acquired Samsung KNOX Way to lock down and deploy Android devices in an “Apple-ish” fashion Opportunity for lower TCO than Apple products More diversified portfolio for tablets, ruggedized phones, smart phones, and wearables Seamless Private/Public Cloud VMware VRealize
