Existing PCC annual run rate with Pgi GlobalMeet is $656,000
Only accounts for domestic GlobalMeet users
Does not capture other vendor costs for entities not using the corporate contract
Does not capture international costs
New Pgi GlobalMeet contract with Skype for business plug-in (Interim cost savings)
$14.50 per user/month flat-rate cost (eliminates 800 service, per minute, International, long distance, and FCC surcharges)
Includes both existing Pgi accounts and Skype for Business PSTN service
Projected annual 75% savings over current contract (Approximately $490,000/year)
24 month commitment
Provides a manageable transition between existing Pgi (and other) services to Skype for Business
