This instruction book only applies for the equipment in the Hongcao Road Office. 1 The latest version of the book is located in following location: 2 The instruction book is designed for people at different computer knowledge level. 5 Step 1: Connect VGA cable
Connect the VGA cable Note: Right after the cable connection, your laptop screen may be black for a few seconds. And it should be soon recover. This is normal. Note: Source:

6 Step 2: Switch on the Displayer
1.Where you may find the remote controller 2.Use “Philips” controller 3.Press the “ ” button to switch on the displayer Note: Source:

7 Step 3(Optional): Select Source
1. Press “ ” to select video source to display 2. Select “电脑” from the displayer screen for VGA source Note: The displayer should show your laptop screen after the switch on. You may try this step when it does not display correctly. Note: Source:

8 Step 4: Recover (after meeting)
1.Disconnect the VGA cable Note: The displayer is able to switch off automatically. It is not necessary to press the power to power off the displayer after the meeting 2.Put back the controller Note: Source:

10 Step 3: Select HDMI Source
1. Press “ ” to select video source to display after cable connection 2. Select “HDMI 1” from the displayer screen for VGA source Note: Only step 3 will be different for HDMI cable connection. The rest steps will be the same as VGA cable connection. Note: Source:

Support iPhone, iPad, Macbook for wireless connection Note: Source:

13 Step 1: Log in the Wi-Fi network
1. Switch on your “Wi-Fi” 2. Select “CB-device” for Wi-Fi connection 3. Input the password Note: Please contact IT for the Password for CB-device Wi-Fi network. Note: Source:

14 Step 2: Create Connection
1. Press “Air-Play” on your apple device 2. Select the meeting room you staying. For example: if you stay in Bali meeting room, select “Bali” 3. Switch on “镜像” to display the screen of your apple device Note: Source:

15 Step 3: Switch on the Displayer
1.Where you may find the remote controller 2.Use “Philips” controller 3.Press the “ ” button to switch on the displayer Note: Source:

16 Step 4: Select Source 1. Press “ ” to select video source to display
2. Select “HDM2” from the displayer screen for i-TV source Note: The displayer should show your laptop screen after the switch on. You may try this step when it does not display correctly. Note: Source:

17 Step 5: Recover (after meeting)
1.Select “iPhone” to stop displaying your screen Note: It is strongly suggested to close your “CB-device” Wi-Fi connection after the meeting in order not to disturb other users operation. 2.Put back the controller Note: Source:
