2 How to Read a .pdf Only the program selected in the interactive audit will run on a PDF report. If you want to run a PDF report for each declared program, you must run each one separately. From the Interactive audit, select the button to View Report as PDF. Processing takes a few moments.

3 How to Read a .pdf The selected program is listed here.
A pdf audit shows all satisfied and unsatisfied degree requirements. No sections are collapsed.

4 How to Read a .pdf Please note that in the .pdf report, the status whether Satisfied or Not Satisfied, will always appear in BOLD. These reference numbers are here for administrative purposes only.

5 How to Read a .pdf Name, ID & Report Date Program and Catalog Year Information  Audit Disclaimer The Type Legend explains the type of course that appears on the audit. The first set of requirements for the General Education Program (GEP) are listed here in Section I.

6 How to Read a .pdf Requirements Section II is the State of Florida and University section. These requirements include total credit hours, upper level credit hours, residency, and GPA. Current status of credit hour requirement is listed here. All courses taken that are counted toward 120 credit hours will be listed here.

7 How to Read a .pdf Section three includes any prerequisites for student’s chosen program

8 How to Read a .pdf All program-specific degree requirements are listed in section 4.

9 How to Read a .pdf List of courses that may be used to meet a requirement.

10 How to Read a .pdf This Section will indicate the number of Units needed and used to satisfy the requirement, along with required GPA Elective Courses used toward requirement. Compilation of all courses not used to meet degree requirements

11 How to Read a .pdf At the bottom of the PDF report, the Course History lists every course taken throughout the student’s Undergraduate Career. Course History is not available on the interactive audit. It includes courses a student took where a grade was earned, courses in which the student is currently registered, and Transfer Courses that were accepted from other institutions. Any requirement designations (such as Gordon Rule), repeated courses, or grade forgiveness will be noted here, below the course that it identifies.
