Official health and safety person is obliged to suggest work prohibition (stop work order) on work place or on the work equipment, in the case when it finds an immediate threat to life or health of the employee, which shall immediately inform the employer and employee representatives.

All employers who perform works are obliged, before the commencement of works, to conclude a special contract on the organization and implementation of protection measures, as well as on mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities.

Health and safety plan on construction site
Health and Safety Plan is a plan that regulates the construction site and measures of health and safety at that site. The plan also regulates measures for banning works on the construction site.
